Questions

Can I play MU Online on Windows, Mac, Linux and Steam Deck?

Yes. There are native clients for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Linux, and the Linux client targets the same 64-bit PC hardware as the Steam Deck. You can also play in a desktop browser on any of them. One account works everywhere.

Can I play MU Online on Steam Deck?

Yes. Switch the Deck to Desktop Mode and play in the browser with no install, or download the Linux client. Both use the same account and characters. See the Steam Deck guide for setup and controller tips.

Do I need to download anything?

No. The browser version runs in a modern desktop browser with WebGL 2 (tested in Chrome). The first load downloads the game data and keeps it for next time. If you prefer a native client, the full download includes music and sound and then updates itself.

Is it free?

Yes. Character services and resets are free; there is no cash shop.

Can I play on my phone?

The browser client is built for desktop browsers right now. Mobile is not supported here yet.

Do I need a separate account for each realm?

No. Register once on this website and the same login works in Hard, Classic and Fast.
