No download needed: pick a realm and play in Chrome, Edge or Firefox with the same account. The first load fetches the game data (a few hundred MB) and keeps it for next time.

Create your account on this website first; the same login works in all three realms. Use a desktop browser with WebGL 2.

Native client

Play on Hard 5×.

Open OpenMU — All Realms from your applications menu, then choose Hard 5× on the game’s server selection screen.

1. Create an account on this website.
2. On this computer, open OpenMU — Native Linux Client from the application menu.
3. Sign in with your game username and password, choose a server, and create or select a character.

Client projects

The installed client is MuMain, the open-source client recommended by OpenMU.

A portable client download for another computer has not been packaged yet.
